Course annotation

It is a well known fact that the borderline between lexical and grammatical units can be very subtle. If we consider various manifestrations of what is usually called grammaticalization cline, we inevitably come across a wide range of such intermediate case, where full-fledged lexical units are involved in marking grammatical values. This “peripheral grammar”, though very important in many cases – is still largely neglected both by specialists in lexicon and grammar. It will be our main concern.
